About the RoleStation Medical Center is looking for a reliable hardworking and detail-oriented Maintenance/Janitor to join our facilities team. This position is essential to keeping our buildings clean safe and welcoming to all visitors and staff. Youll perform daily janitorial and light maintenance duties both inside and outside the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock paper towels soap and suppliesEmpty trash cans and dispose of waste properlyDry mop common hallways and dispose of debrisMaintain building exterior and grounds: remove trash weeds cigarette butts etc.Complete daily work orders and necessary documentationSweep island curbs nightlyWork at other properties and assist with special maintenance projects as assignedAs-Needed Tasks:Replace interior and exterior lights using a liftHigh dusting of windows and light fixturesLawn care: mowing trimming watering and applying weed controlClear snow and ice from walkways and apply salt as neededUse golf cart for property transport as requiredSafety & Equipment:Notify supervisor of all contractors on-site and verify log-inMaintain cleanliness of tools and equipmentReport missing or damaged equipment immediatelyAttend monthly safety meetings and follow all safety protocols including PPE useWork Environment & Communication:Communicate effectively with the Facility SupervisorRelay any facility or security concernsDemonstrate self-motivation and initiative in daily responsibilitiesBenefits and CultureAt Blair we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our team.
