For additional information please contact the Emerging Talent Program at .Title: Major League Performance Nutrition FellowDepartment: Performance NutritionStatus: Fellow (5-month program)Location: Los Angeles CAPay Rate: $22.00/hour housing stipend*Interviews for our 2026 Fellowship positions will take place February 2026The Dodgers Performance Nutrition department is responsible for providing players with food and evidence-based nutrition strategies to perform at the highest level. We coordinate with the strength & conditioning department as well as the medical department to help players meet their performance and recovery goals.Duties/Responsibilities:The fellow willberesponsiblefor helping the performancenutrition department deliver high-quality meals that support the demands of baseballs schedule competition cycles and the players individual dietary needs.Other duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications:Exhibits exceptional attention to detail high standards of food quality and taste culinary execution technique and presentation.Minimum of 1 years kitchen experience preferably in a professional or college team athletic settingGraduate of a culinary institute and nutrition certification a plus.Strong knowledge of a wide variety of cuisinesAbility to adapt recipes to balance quality flavor and nutrient density.Strong communication abilities with employees staff and players.Problem-solving capabilities and willingness to thriveCollaborative attitude with an emphasis on excellent customer service.Comfortable working extended hours for multiple meal services including weekendsKnowledge of safety and infection control procedures as well as safe food preparationKnowledge of food allergies and intolerances with experience preparing allergen-free mealsCurrent student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduationGraduated from undergrad or graduate school with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate schoolMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026Unrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work 15% cross-functional project experience and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on department-specific experience under a dedicated manager.
