Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:The Make Ready Technician is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of units to ensure they are move-in ready for new tenants or occupants. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail, including but limited to painting, sheetrock, punch, plumbing, and electrical. Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.- Must be to work on the West Bank and Kenner.
