For the right person, the rewards can be outstanding.ResponsibilitiesTrain and assist other make-ready and detail techsMaintain inventory and order make-ready suppliesAct as liaison between department staff and sales managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehiclesDetail client vehicles as neededMaintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operationNote damage and notify service so a claim can be filed within 24 hoursPerform quality control inspections of all vehicles before being brought to frontlineCoordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveriesAttend department meetingsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED1 to 3 months of related experience and/or trainingCandidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be consideredBenefitsBenefits include medical, dental, life and disability, 401(k), paid vacation, sick, holiday and a wellness program.
