From shipping and receiving to organizing inventory and preparingorders you will make sure our products get where they are needed - on timeevery time. This is a hands-on role that requires energy attention to detailand pride in accuracy.SummaryTheMaker Center Associate II is a skilled production teammate responsible forsupporting the day-to-day operations of Rebel Athletics Maker Center. Thisrole focuses on production tasks such as prep embellishment quality controlinventory movement and workflow support for screen printing embroidery heatpress and other customization processes. Maker Center Associate II teammembers are expected to work efficiently maintain strong accuracy operatewith minimal supervision and support continuous improvements to productionspeed and product quality.Thisposition requires solid technical ability an eye for detail and the abilityto thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks. MakerCenter Associate II staff also assist with maintaining equipment organizingmaterials and ensuring accurate item handoffs between production stages.Dutiesand ResponsibilitiesProductionSupportPrepare materials for embellishment including sorting organizing counting and tagging inventory.Assist with screen printing heat press embroidery vinyl application and other production processes as assigned.Stage items for departments such as screen printing and embroidery to ensure smooth workflow.Perform quality checks at each production step to ensure alignment with Rebel standards.Support production of team orders replenishment orders specialty items and high-volume projects.Equipmentand MaterialsOperate basic equipment tools and machinery safely following proper procedures.Assist with upkeep cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and workstations.Track and restock production supplies including inks vinyl threads transfers and other materials.Report equipment issues to management promptly.Inventoryand WorkflowReceive and move inventory into designated production areas.Pick items for production departments and verify counts for accuracy.Organize materials to maximize space and efficiency.Assist with daily and periodic inventory counts.Shippingand Fulfillment SupportAssist with packing completed orders verifying accuracy and preparing items for shipment.Support labeling and staging orders for outgoing fulfillment when needed.Coordinate with carriers such as UPS FedEx LTL and DHL to ensure timely pickup and accurate outbound documentation.GeneralOperationsMaintain a clean organized workspace that meets safety and efficiency standards.Communicate with team members to ensure proper flow between production steps.Perform other duties as assigned to support Maker Center operations.RequiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1 to 2 years of experience in a production warehouse or customization environment.Ability to read and understand order forms production notes and labeling.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks daily.Strong attention to detail accuracy and quality control.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable learning and operating production equipment and software.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team.Valid drivers license if travel between Rebel Athletic locations is needed.PreferredQualificationsFamiliarity with production equipment tools and consumables.Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or embellishment setting.Basic computer skills including labeling production systems or WMS platforms.Core CompetenciesTimeManagement Completes tasks efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while meetingdaily output goals and supporting workflow deadlines.TeamCollaboration Works closely with teammates communicates clearly and supports smoothhandoffs between customization steps and departments.Adaptability Adjusts quickly to shiftingpriorities rush orders equipment needs and changes in volume or workflow.ProblemSolving Responds to errors material issues and production challenges with initiativegood judgment and practical solutions.TechnicalSkill Operates production tools heat press equipment prep tools and other MakerCenter machinery with accuracy and confidence.QualityFocus Maintains strong attention to detail in placement alignment finish work andproduct checks to ensure high quality output.Organization Keeps tools materialsworkstations and inventory areas clean labeled and efficient to support fastproduction movement.WorkingConditionsFast-paced hands-on production environment.Regular standing bending lifting and repetitive hand motion.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily production tasks.Work around heat press equipment screen printing supplies and production machinery.Standard hours (Monday Friday) with occasional overtime based on production load.EqualOpportunity StatementRebelAthletic LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
