Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How youll contributeA Physician Services Manager within the General Surgery Associates who excels in this role:Perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.Assists with developing specific departmental goals standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.Manages staff relations including performance management staff satisfaction and conflict management.Performs and oversees scheduling staff development recruitment payroll and student engagements.Monitors departmental budgets regulatory compliance departmental contracts and vendor relations.Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases monitors usage and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of careSchedule:This position is a full time position.
