As a result organizations look to us to transform their approach to risk to turn it in a means to not only protect the enterprise but create value.The opportunityClients retain IRM Managed Services to assist them with transforming their risk functions and providing operational support for technology solutions to provide the executive leadership with valuable insight for decision making. As an IRM professional you will belong to a globally connected team of specialists delivering services from our Dallas Service Center.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our IRM service center you will be part of a specialized team supporting the delivery of risk and technology solutions on Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms such as Archer Technologies and Service Now.Skills and Attributes for SuccessResponsible for managing IRM service center delivery around GRC offeringsSupport ongoing maintenance and enhancement requirements for our clientsSupervising daily activities of 8-12 service center Tier 1 or 2 AnalystsManaging project/engagement budgets for IRM service center capabilitiesSupport development of policies and procedures to guide IRM service center activitiesAssist IRM service center manager with project planning and identification of opportunities to improve delivery of servicesCommunicate issues and seek support in a timely manner to eliminate roadblocks and drive collaboration speed innovation and excellenceMaintain a professional communicative relationship with IRM engagement team utilizing IRM service center supportProvide timely comprehensive and accurate information in both written and verbal communicationsTo qualify for the role you must have2 years of relative development experience as a System AdministratorArcher Certified Administrator Specialist or Archer Certified Administrator Expert (formerly Archer Certified Professional)Experience with data feeds APIs and other integrationsProficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)Possess working knowledge of and prior experience applying risk management fundamentalsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProven leadership skillsPast experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects / work streamsAbility to think critically and problem solveA team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholdersProactive attitude seeking for improvement opportunities which can positively impact the businessAn ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approachDecision-making capabilities with an ability to weigh the pros and cons of potential actions and identify the most appropriate oneIdeally youd also haveAssociate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or other related area of study preferredPrior military experience preferredAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higherPast experience mentoring and developing personnelServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA)Proficiency with scripting and data integration within the ServiceNow platform2 years of supervisory experienceWhat we look forEY IRM professionals possess diverse industry knowledge along with unique technical expertise and specialized skills. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86500 to $142700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103700 to $162100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement project or year.Under our flexible vacation policy youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
