The primary responsibilities of in-store management are to manage the sales expenses profits assets and team members personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.The ideal candidate will have at least two to five of previous retail management experience. We are looking for qualified individuals for roles such as shift manager assistant manager and store manager. Working and/or managing a retail garden center or home decor/apparel store isnt a requirement but will be preferential for applicants.The ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and to stand and walk for up to 8 to 10 hours during shift are required.MRT Lawn and Garden Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free environment.
