Entry-Level Management Trainee
We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused individual to join our dealership as a Management Trainee. This is a true entry-level leadership opportunity designed for someone who wants to grow into full management through hands-on training, coaching, and real-world experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Work directly with our sales team and leadership
- Learn how to coach, motivate, and support sales staff
- Assist with daily sales floor operations
- Help improve customer experience and communication
- Participate in sales training, role-playing, and development
- Learn what it takes to run a successful sales department
This role starts as an assistant/training position with clear growth into a full management role for the right person.
