Job Description
Youll take charge of leading AML/KYC reviews across investors and investments while driving operational excellence through proprietary software and team this role youll balance client engagement staff development and regulatory updates to ensure high-quality reviews and strong client satisfaction.What youll doYoull lead AML/KYC reviews of investors and investments guiding your team through complex and unusual cases.Youll oversee proprietary AML/KYC software ensuring accurate reviews proper record keeping and process improvements.Youll manage staff by fostering collaboration training team members and reviewing their work for quality control.Youll build strong client relationships by leading calls supporting diverse private equity funds and ensuring satisfaction.Youll stay current on AML laws educate your team on evolving regulations and prepare billing reports to track performance.What we offerIQ-EQ offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees well-being and work-life balance. Qualifications : You bring 3 years of experience in private equity AML/KYC or alternative asset investment firms.You demonstrate advanced analytical skills in AML/KYC and hold a bachelors degree.You excel at client relationship management effective communication and collaboration within a team environment.You manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with flexibility to work overtime when needed.You have experience or interest in managing and training staff with strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.Additional Information : Our commitment to you and the environmentSustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
