Manager, Analytics & Intelligence at Signal Group

Signal is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager Analytics to join our team and help drive successful public affairs campaigns through data-driven insights. Youll collaborate with internal teams clients and data partners to optimize campaign performance communicate success and steward the growth of Signals analytics practice.What Youll Do:Analyze data from digital and traditional media channels to provide insights and recommendations.Monitor cross-channel performance including websites ads print and social media to drive campaign optimization.Ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting processes.Develop actionable insights reports dashboards and presentations for senior leaders connecting directly with clients.Collaborate with teams to refine strategies and attend weekly client meetings to share insights.The Model Candidate:Strong communicator who can simplify complex data for diverse audiences.Proactively engages teams to optimize campaigns and improve client outcomes.Brings a positive curious and detail-oriented mindset to internal and client teams each day.Highly detail-oriented and able to see the campaign throughline from goals to tactics to KPIs.Digital strategist who can speak the language of media relations and public affairs.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in communications/marketing analytics or closely related discipline.Strong project management skills and advanced Excel knowledge.Experience with social listening digital marketing analytics conversion tracking and SEO/SEM.Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.Advanced analytics and data visualization (Tableau Looker Studio Power BI) skills a plus.About Signal:Signal Group is a leader in modern public affairs.
