Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits. Deliver powerful resultsTo achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager, Associate Director, or Director of Scaling Operational Excellence with a Bachelor's Degree, and at least 2-10+ years of experience with a proven record of building, optimizing, and scaling operational systems. Our ideal candidate has a creative, problem-solving mindset, disciplined focus on scalable processes, and passion for education. Experience in top-tier consulting firms is highly desired. We are open to hiring at the Manager, Associate Director, or Director level; title and compensation will be determined after assessment of experience, skills, and competencies.Responsibilities:Build scalable systems that support our school-based operations teams: Develop and optimize internal systems that support school-based operations teams managing a variety of responsibilities, including facilities management, family engagement, safety systems, data, and student wellnessImprove existing processes: Investigate, learn, and observe existing systems at school-sites; drive process improvements and codify best practices that work effectively at scaleMonitor implementation and coach to outcomes: Partner closely with internal teams to implement systems and processes with fidelityWear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as neededJoin our purpose-driven communityZeta teammates are lifelong learners who live with child-like joy and a deep sense of purpose. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $160,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Title will be determined after assessment of experience, skills and competencies. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
