Join us today and experience #LifeatVisa.Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for delivering operational excellence for the Community Growth Acceleration Program and supporting business development activities for community accounts. Responsibilities include financial management, compliance management, process development and implementation, client and partner satisfaction management, coordination with internal stakeholders, and oversight of both internal and external team communications.Key Responsibilities include:Financial ManagementManage monthly CGAP revenue booking process and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and guidelinesManage CGAP operating expense including but not limited processing invoices and expense managementDevelop and maintain efficient processes to ensure timely administration and stakeholder satisfactionClient Solution EnrollmentManage the client enrollment process via Visa's Global Product Enrollment (GPE) portal to ensure client satisfaction and to support OKRsDevelop and manage client enrollment processes for solutions not managed by the GPE portalCommunication ManagementManage client publication with internal stakeholders to promote the adoption of CGAP and Community Partner solutions that will drive client impact and support Community OKRsManage the publication for regular internal reporting to update key stakeholders on OKR performance and client impactForecasting, Client Tracking & Pipeline ManagementManage forecasting for CGAP solutions revenue & operating expense by coordinating stakeholder input and address Finance requirementsPublish forecasting report to Community leadership and stakeholdersManage client tracking in MS Dynamics of CGAP solution and Partner programCompile client pipeline and prospect lists for CGAP solution and Partner programsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD8+ years in Operations/Sales/Go-to-Market rolesExperience with financial management, revenue recognition and accounts payable processesExperience with financial forecasting and develop ad-hoc financial projectionsExcellent Microsoft Excel skills especially to analyze data from multiple sourcesExcellent presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a concise manner and translate data into visually appealing graphs, chart and other visualsExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics especially importing and exporting dataExperience managing a sales pipeline and compiling client forecastsExperience collaborating with marketing team to manage client publication and promotionsTeam-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with good presentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a matrixed environmentProven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies.Understanding of Community banking or mission-driven client segments.Excellent project management skills.Ability to write clearly, concisely and persuasively with a strong understanding of grammar, punctation and styleAdditional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
