Throw in great golfing hunting and two fantastic recreational organizations and you may find yourself having a hard time deciding what to do next!Essential FunctionsTo perform this job an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.Assists with developing specific departmental goals standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.Manages staff relations including performance management staff satisfaction and conflict management. Perform and oversees scheduling staff development recruitment payroll and student engagements.Monitors departmental budgets regulatory compliance departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases monitors usage and oversee proper working order and/or stock supplies.Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManage the work of others including planning assigning scheduling and reviewing work ensures quality standards.
