Job Details HeartPlace - Home Office - Dallas TX Full Time High School Diploma/GED Other PositionsDescription US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Clinical Quality and Improvement Manager to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX areaPosition SummaryResponsible for supporting organization implementation and ongoing management of US Heart and Vascular (USHV) clinical quality & performance improvement activities. Works in collaboration with the clinical services department and regional leadership to deliver best in class clinical quality and outcomes. This position will work to optimize clinical quality and outcomes via policy and process development EMR utilization & performance improvement activities across assigned USHV region. Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting USHVs clinical outcome reportingOversight of USHVs clinical performance improvement processes for assigned regionResponsible for the daily management and process improvement of USHVs clinical systems for assigned regionMaintains and optimizes the organization clinical training programs for all assigned associates and providersSupport programs and encourages staff participation in the identification and recommendation to improve quality efficiency and effectiveness of operations and customer servicePartners with regional leadership to ensure clinical delivery needs are met and interfaces with hospital contacts as necessaryServes as a clinical expert in facilitating clinical training for new initiatives as necessarySupport integrations team as needed which includes onsite and virtual support and follow upCollaborates with clinical teams & training department to ensure integrity of clinical competencies across the organizationAdminister and uphold all USHVs values and policies and proceduresContinuously work towards USHVs goal and visionPerform other related duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelors Degree in related field PreferredExperience in leading clinical quality initiativeExperience using data and analytics to impact clinical and operational performance preferred but not requiredMS Excel proficiency ability to work with multiple data inputs and create an analytical strategy for improvementDemonstrated ability to be detail-oriented self-motivated and organizedStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teamsAbout Dallas/Fort Worth TX:Dallas/Fort Worth known as the Metroplex offers a vibrant urban life and peaceful suburban living making it an enticing place to reside.
