Ideal candidates will hold an LICSW or LPC but other licensure such as LCSW LPC will be considered.Position SummaryThe Clinical Services Manager assists the Executive Director to promote NYAP mission vision and values while providing leadership to the clinical supervisor and clinical therapists on case consultation with the development and growth of behavioral health and outpatient mental health services.Working At NYAPNYAPs commitment to doing what isbestfor children youth and their families is acore valueand one that we look for in our newest team members.Excellenttraining and continuing education and development opportunitiesoffered on topics such as: PCIT NMT TF-CBT BFST CSAYC TBRI FFT and many many more!Student Loan Repayment assistance up to $1200 per year!Medical Dental and Vision insurance for you and your family!Paternity leave22 Days OffEach Year!Plus 11Paid Holidays Per Year!Competitive salaries and benefitsincluding a 401(k)Summer Hours Off (Friday afternoons off).Tuition AssistanceWork Anniversary Trips!Peace leaveSupervision Hours (for staff working on Independent Licensure)Flexible HoursMileage ReimbursementBenefits listed are for eligible employees as outlined by our benefit policy.ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Services Manager will perform clinical administrative duties including but not limited to: Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Programs mission values and philosophiesLead the application of evidence-informed service modalities in crisis care and behavioral health service delivery.Provide trainings to staff to align performance with Medicaid and other payor expectations.Advocate on behalf of individuals in crisis and community services systems in individual and system advocacyPromote and assist the Executive Directors or designee in developing innovative robust programs and crisis care and emergency response service delivery systems to better serve the youth and individuals in the community.Promote and assist the Executive Director in developing training programs related to the professional growth and development of the treatment foster or biological families and clinical treatment of youth.Assist in carryinga small therapy caseload.Provide case consultation clinical supervision and clinical oversight to support crisis care teams.Ensure that the Clinical teams performance is in line with productivity expectations.Assist in the submission of grant request proposals.Present workshops and trainings at conferences on NYAP relevant treatment services.Function fluently in usage of electronic health record system and other required platforms as required by the grantor.Assist in enhancing the clinical treatment delivery of the services for youth throughout NYAP.Minimum QualificationsMasters degree in Social Services or related behavioral/human services.Must have a valid independent license (LCSW LCPC LPC LICSW).Minimum of 5 years experience in behavioral treatment services and training/supervisory services.Willingness to work flexible and nontraditional hours serving individual in the community.Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers smart phones and tablets printers fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing spreadsheet and database programs.Other SkillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsWork well independently and as a team memberMulti-task efficiently and be flexible in all situationsOpenness to working non-traditional hours as neededStrong leadership skills with an ability to motive and inspire staffDriving and Vehicle RequirementsValid drivers licenseReliable personal transportationGood driving recordMinimum automobile insurance coverage of $10000/$300000 bodily injury liabilityIf this describes YOU please apply today! also requires all of our employees regardless of your title/position to hold and maintain automobile liability insurance coverage of $100000/$300000.
