Manager Commercial Lease Management and SalesLocation: On-site South FloridaEmployment Type:Full-TimeEmployer:ConfidentialAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly knowledgeable Manager Commercial Lease Management & Sales to lead strategic initiatives and develop leasing opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow our leasing strategy expanding and growing the organizations global footprint.The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of market dynamics and global aviation demand. The ability to proactively generate data driven analysis combined with deep experience in aircraft leasing will be key in this cross-department matrix environment where collaboration across key stakeholders is a key intangible skill.What You Will DoResponsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to support aircraft acquisitions including equity debt and lease financing through institutional partners and financial intermediaries.Preparation of proposals for various trading sourcing remarketing structuring advisory related services and sales opportunities.Preparation of aircraft forecasting cash flow models and templates based on commercial technical and market developments.Preparation of various market reports on the aviation industry.Identifying Asset leasing and trading opportunities in the marketplace.Identifying Technical Services Digital Services Data Management Services Valuation Services requirements in the marketplace.Management of processes and procedures including financial reporting business license set up and management of the office.Attending weekly calls with the Commercial Lease Management Team and keeping track of all the ongoing activities.Attending weekly calls with the Sales Management Team and keeping track of all the ongoing activities.Understanding of Aircraft investment decisions.Understanding of the full range of services and solutions.Detailed understanding of the organizations capability and capacity to carry out services for our customers.Assist in managing all the investments under the organizations portfolio.Assist in preparation of board minutes for various investment decisions by the clients.Co-ordination with clients on various payment requirements.Single POC for specific key customer accounts.Work within a multidisciplinary team.Additional duties as required within the company.Who You AreBachelors degree or equivalent. 10 years of work experience in the aviation industry.Ability to understand and grasp technical and commercial issues.Ability to understand global current market dynamics and test for future market dynamics.Understanding of pricing in aircraft leasing space and commercial concepts.Deep understanding of aircraft investment decisions.Motivated and energetic with strong interpersonal skills.Ambitious self-motivated and ability to achieve targets.Excellent communicator and a comfortable networker.Team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve company targets.What Sets You ApartWide breadth of airframe and engine knowledge.Experience in international/ global environments.Multi-lingual.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Forecasting,Hyperion,Cost Management,Construction Estimating,QlikView,Bus Driving,Analysis Skills,HubSpot,Salesforce,Market Research,negotiation,Financial Planning Experience: years Vacancy: 1
