The position holder will partner with Business Development Project Management and Site Operations teams to successfully deliver solutions for Catalents customers and drive value for the respective Site and Business Unit assets and capabilities.The Role:Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing and new customers at the Madison WI site ensuring superior communication and collaborationApply a Portfolio Management approach to evaluate customer products providing long-term demand and life cycle analysisAct as the customer-facing lead partnering with Business Development and Project Management to establish governance and effective communication with Operations and senior managementLead negotiations for development and supply agreements in collaboration with Business Development Legal and Contract Administration teamsManage extension and renewal processes for existing commercial supply agreementsMonitor and report on contract compliance during project execution including forecasting purchase orders payments and minimum quantity adherenceCollaborate with Technical Evaluation and Proposals teams to oversee proposal preparation and pricing for new business opportunitiesSupport BD team members with strategy and negotiation for proposals as neededPartner with Site Operations and Finance to evaluate cost vs. price models and identify improvement opportunitiesProvide customer forecast and demand inputs into Site S&OP processesWork with Business Development to enhance customer relationships and identify additional opportunities within product portfoliosOther duties as assignedThe Candidate:Must have Bachelors Degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline; Advanced degree is preferred5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing quality technical project management business management business development is requiredRelevant industry knowledge of drug and biologic development analytical research and development project scale-up product manufacturing quality validations and regulatory is requiredPrior direct contract negotiation experience is preferredWhy you should join Catalent:Defined career path and annual performance review and feedback processDiverse inclusive culturePotential for career growth on an expanding team within an organization dedicated to preserving and bettering lives152 hours of PTO 8 paid holidaysGenerous 401K matchMedical dental and vision benefitsTuition Reimbursement- Let us help you finish your degree or start a new degree!Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
