You will thrive working cross-functionally and understand how to produce intelligence products to support business requirements and proactively identify areas for collaboration. We are looking for a candidate experienced in intelligence tradecraft with excellent communication skills to include writing for diverse audiences formulating intelligence products and optimizing collection workflows.Responsibilities:Drive and coordinate work related to Capital Ones international cyber risk function working with a broad range of partners to ensure effective collaboration within the team and across stakeholder groupsMonitor emerging cyber threats and potential implications to the firmConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on cyber risks to inform enterprise decisions concerning international operations and risk reductionApply strong analytic tradecraft connecting the dots between diverse information sources using strong judgment to formulate assessments and integrating the intelligence information into enterprise workflowsDemonstrate skills in writing reviewing and editing cyber intelligence assessment products from multiple sourcesEvaluate analyze and synthesize large quantities of data into high quality fused targeting and intelligence productsPresent complex data analysis concepts to diverse audiences in technical and non-technical areas in clear and concise terms and lead stakeholder decision-making forumsAnalyze multiple data sources define operational problems and refine models and frameworks for validation and problem solvingStay current on the changing regulatory environment and understand the impacts to our international cyber risk analysisWrite and revise documents such as policies standards procedures and guidelines. Develop and enhance processes tools templates and job aides.
