DescriptionThe Quality Analytics team within Industrial System Analytics (ISA) of the Global Data Insights & Analytics (GDIA) organization is focused on leveraging data to improve Fords business decisions and operations across the globe. We act as a trusted advisor providing data advanced analytics and AI/ML and insights to improve quality and reduce warranty costs at Ford. Our mission is to unleash the power of data to drive value and help transform Ford through proactive actionable evidence-based decision making.ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do:Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists software engineers and data engineers to build grow and maintain the Quality Analytics suite of products and servicesLead & facilitate strategic conversations and prioritization within the team as well as with senior leaders of each domainManage financials monthly forecasts and headcount across investments and operationsShare best practices identify synergies & risks duplicative efforts team collaboration connecting the dots across domains etc.Be the catalyst for technology software craftsmanship DevOps and Agile practices to enable professionalism and culture across your teamsSupport strategic reviews with GDIA senior leaders governance reviews with business partners and internal product reviewsDevelop the PDO and technical skills of your teams with a focus on continuous improvementChampion talent acquisition engagement and retention; Promote an engaged diverse & inclusive global team with exciting work and rewarding careersContinue to grow leadership capability within GDIAQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Education:Masters or a Quantitative field such as Data Science Computer Science Statistics Physics Mathematics or EngineeringExperience: 6 years of experience building and managing high performing teams Experience in the automotive industry or a complex manufacturing environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and their data analytics services.Licenses and Certifications:Certifications in Quality Management (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt ASQ certifications) or Data Management (e.g. CDMP).
