Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.Monitors compliance with regulatory agency requirements including but not limited to OSHA Workers Compensation ADA and AZ Department of Health Services.Provides oversight for the administration of YRMCs Workers Compensation program.Oversees new hire processing for YRMC associated clinics/hospitals.Oversees daily activities of Employee Health staff.Ensures immunization TB surveillance compliance FIT testing and OSHA/NIOSH compliance.Collaborates with leadership and staff across the organization in the delivery of all Employee Health programsJob RequirementsMINIMUMBachelors degree or 5 years related experience in lieu of a degreeThree (3) years healthcare experienceTwo (2) years leadership experiencePREFERREDWorkers Compensation Admnistration experienceRegistered Nurse AZRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Employee Relations,Fmla,Human Resources Management,Mediation Experience,Conflict Management,HRIS,Performance Management,Employment & Labor Law,Qualitative Analysis,Alternative dispute resolution,Human Resources,Mentoring Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
