Position Summary...What youll do...At Walmart were seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional this role youll lead a team of dedicated technicians ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers. Role Detail: Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing Electrical Structural etc.) for multiple facilities within the region. (Usually less than 200-mile radius)Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities.
