This role offers flexibility to work remotely within the United States with a preference for candidates based near our San Jose CA office who can participate in a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite). Reporting to the Senior Director AI & Data Strategy you will be responsible for:Building and leading a high-performing team focused on professional development collaboration and driving innovation in financial data and AI strategyDriving AI transformation in financial processes by promoting AI literacy identifying impactful use cases and utilizing intelligent tools (e.g. NLP ML models automation)Enhancing financial workflows (e.g. record-to-report order-to-cash procure-to-pay) by leveraging automation advanced analytics and data governance to ensure compliance and accuracy across tools like Salesforce NetSuite Adaptive Insights and SnowflakeLeading quarterly planning and managing a portfolio of projects using agile practices resource allocation and Scrum methodologies (e.g. Jira Tracking) to align priorities and achieve strategic goalsStaying ahead of BI industry trends AI innovations and analytics tools to shape strategic objectives refine insights and drive maturity in analytics capabilities across the organizationWhat Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)7 years of experience in Financial/Data Analytics BI or financial systems management (including team leadership)Proven expertise in financial systems (e.g. Salesforce NetSuite Adaptive Insights) SQL and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)Strong understanding of BI industry trends data governance and AI/ML applicationsDemonstrated success in using automation and analytics to enhance financial processesExceptional communication skills with proven ability to present actionable insightsWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience in FP&A finance transformation or accounting strategyFamiliarity with AI tools and programming in Python or RPassion for innovation and driving continuous improvement#LI-Remote#LI-YC2Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
