What will your job look likeThe Manager Finance will oversee contract analysis profitability assessments budget and forecast reviews client reporting and accounts receivable managementensuring all deliverables meet strict deadlines and provide accurate relevant insights.This position is contingent on award of contract. What youll do:Conduct analysis of contracts budgets/forecasts and profitabilityIdentify understand and clearly communicate key drivers impacting revenue and expensesParticipate in and support Plan Improvement and Financial Review meetings to advance cost-saving initiatives and enhance financial understanding of plan/contract performance from both actual and budget perspectivesAnalyze factors contributing to significant variances in revenue or expenses compared to prior month budget/forecast or contractual expectationsUnderstand and explain drivers influencing plan allocations and their impact on overall financialsInvestigate discrepancies within operational expenses at the plan levelAssist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processesDevelop and implement automated financial analytics to improve efficiencyPrepare update and distribute client financial reports on a monthly quarterly and annual basisCreate financial reports as required by RFP specificationsEnsure timely and accurate client invoicing and billingBuild strong relationships with business units to enhance interdepartmental communication and collaboration for research and analysisPerform special projects and other duties as assigned by managementWhat youll need: Experience Education & Certifications:Bachelors degree with concentration in Finance Accounting Business or AnalyticsMinimum 3-5 years experience in a Finance or Accounting roleCertified Public Accountant preferredPrevious data analysis experienceSkills:Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work and meet established deadlines and goalsIntermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Word including creating and updating Pivot Tables along with the ability to import/export data to/from various data sourcesStrong and accurate data analysis skills with the ability to find truth within data setsKnowledge of general accounting processes and proceduresAbility to hold other departments accountable for action items in various meetingsWorks well independently while simultaneously demonstrating effective analytical/problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain high level of ethics and confidentialityAbility to multitask in a sometimes-rapid paced environmentExcellent communication skillsPossess the skill to adapt and learn on the fly given frequent changes of course towards requests and researchExcellent presentation skillsEven better if you have...Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau is preferredIntermediate to advanced skills in Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning and/or a similar financial system and EPM software preferredWhats in it for you: Health and Life Insurance PlansDental and Vision Plans401(k) with a company matchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayMaternity/Paternity LeaveCasual Dress EnvironmentTuition ReimbursementMTM Perks Discount Program Leadership Mentoring Opportunities Salary Min: $76960Salary Max: $100000This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
