The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills deep financial analysis experience and a proven ability to connect financial outcomeswith our processes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead afinancial teamfostering a culture of accuracyaccountabilityand continuous improvement.Maintain and train team members to ensure continuous learning and growth.Responsible for interviewing selecting and training employeesWorking with team to handle employee complaints and grievancesAdminister performance reviews and disciplining employees asrequiredOversee thework of the teamin regards tobudgetingforecastingand monthly reporting for operations.Partner withmanagers operations and supply chain leaders toidentifycost-savingopportunities improveefficiencyand enhance profitability.Analyze standard costs variancesand production trends to guide decision making.Prepare and present financial reports dashboards and KPIsfor executive leadership.Drive process improvementin financial systems and analysis.Other Duties as AssignedOther QualificationsDemonstrated experience managing and/or mentoring financial analysts.Strong analyticalmodelingand problem-solving skills.Proficiencywith ERP systems SAPS4HanaOracle or similar.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financialstakeholders.Advanced Excel skillsPower BI or other visualization toolsSupervisory ResponsibilityLeads a teamTravel RequirementsThis role does not require travel.MinimumRequirementsBachelors degree in FinanceAccountingor Business.5 years progressive experience infinancial planning and analysis3 years successfully managing and growing a teamPreferred Requirements7 years of experience infinancial analysis financial/strategic planningaccountingand/or budgetingPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able tolift upto 15 pounds at a time.EEO StatementDEUTZ is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment based on merit competence performance and business needs.
