If you are interested in pursuing a rewardingcareer, we invite you to review our opportunities!Job Description SummaryThe Manager, Financial Systems will be responsible for administering and enhancing finance-based reporting and planning solutions in Oracle EPM cloud applications.Position Responsibilities:Participate in the design, evaluation, testing, and implementation of system build, break fixes, enhancements, projects, and other system changesAssist and support all projects, development, and enhancements related to Oracle EPM applicationsBuild Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, TM, NRCS, etc.) to support business operations, performance management, and reporting requirementsSupport dimension management, metadata design/maintenance, ETL development, and data validation processesBuild and support Business Rules and Groovy scripts for EPBCSBuild Oracle Reports/SmartView templates as required by the business and FP&A departmentProvide day-to-day administration, management, and support of Oracle EPM applicationsSupport daily and monthly financial close processes, annual budget and periodic forecastEducation & ExperienceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent years of experience in a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems with experience in financial reporting and/or accounting4 plus years of experience working with Oracle EPM applicationsImplemented at least three EPM applications (either FCCS or EPBCS or both) end-to-endExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsProject management skills to work well under time constraints and effectively balance multiple, concurrent demands while prioritizing responsibilities and workloadKnowledge of SQL, OLAP, and data warehousing conceptsWorking knowledge of Groovy scripts in Oracle EPM landscapeExperience and/or knowledge of the rental equipment industry is an advantage.Physical Demands:Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines.
