This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to influence decision-making. If you have expertise in budgeting forecasting and financial modeling along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.In this role you will be responsible for:End-to-end ownership of the integrated three-statement model ensuring accuracy consistency and usability for planning cycles.Managerial reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting packages ensuring data accuracy variance analysis and actionable insights for leadership.Forecasting & budgeting: Partner with cost center leaders to refine assumptions and maintain integrity across business drivers for revenue opex headcount and capital expenditures.Automation & process improvement: Streamline forecasting and reporting workflows using Looker Power BI or similar tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate closely with Treasury Accounting and Business Unit leaders to ensure alignment of results forecasts and capital structure planning.What Will Help You Succeed:You consider yourself a detail-oriented finance leader with strong modeling and reporting expertise.You possess demonstrated experience in complex financial modeling and managerial reporting.You have advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.You have an excellent understanding of GAAP linkages across P&L balance sheet and cash flow.Degrees / Certifications: CFA CPA CMA MBA or MAcc credentials preferred.Background in corporate FP&A is ideal.Key Stakeholders:Reports to the Senior Director Strategic FinanceWork closetly with the CFO and VP - ControllerBusiness Leaders in the OrganizationWhy Join UsThis role offers the chance to contribute to a growing global organization while deepening your expertise in cash management and financial operations.
