(YouTube Instagram TikTok)The Licensing Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our brands licensing partnerships ensuring alignment with our brand identity and driving revenue growth through strategic licensing initiatives.Responsibilities:Partnership ManagementCultivate and maintain strong relationships with a specific group of licensing partners acting as the primary point of contact for all licensing-related mattersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication adherence to brand guidelines and effective execution of licensed productsLicensing Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and execute a comprehensive licensing partner strategy that aligns with the companys brand identity market positioning and business goalsIdentify potential licensing opportunities and partnerships that enhance the brands presence and revenue streamsNegotiation and Contract ComplianceAssist Sr. Director in analyzing business proposals as well as negotiating licensing agreements & amendmentsContinuous monitoring of licensees adherence to contracts regarding use of mark product pricing distribution etc. Financial Analysis and ReportingMonitor and analyze financial performance of licensees including the analysis of quarterly sales reports to ensure adherence of approved accounts and distributionPrepare regular reports on licensing revenue trends and other ad hoc analyses for senior managementAssist Finance with the Pre-Budget and Budget (AOP) Licensing submission and assess any risk and/or opportunities to licensees projectionsMarket Research and TrendsStay abreast of industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify new licensing opportunities and potential risksNew Business DevelopmentProactively seek out and evaluate potential new licensing partners assessing their alignment with the brands values and objectivesQualifications:Bachelors degreeMinimum of 5 years experience in a fashion brand in the apparel licensing industryUnderstanding of global brand management licensing and the retail environmentStrong command of the Microsoft Office suite; efficient in Excel (i.e vlookup formulas graphs pivot tablesKnowledge of the retail and competitive brand landscape Must possess strong relationship management skillsStrong written and communication skills Provide recommendations and guide teams to make decisions in a timely mannerAbility to work with leaders to provide team recommendations for final decisionsEffectively and efficiently communicate internally and externallyAdaptable and agile; comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-moving global organizationA relationship builder; forging positive working relationships with licensed partners and across multiple layers of the organizationOrganized and detail-oriented able to work independently in managing projectsThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$$113700PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications geographic location and other relevant skills.
