Professional development opportunity and mentorship A rapidly growing center within an academic settingHERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Graduate School at Georgia State University is looking to recruit a Manager Graduate Communications who will manage communications through the graduate admissions funnel. This role will also manage internal communications to students faculty and staff including marketing of professional development activities newsletters etc. The role will work collaboratively with Universitys office of Public Relations and Marketing Communications the individual college communication managers to ensure that messaging is consistent across all platforms.Examples of duties include:- Manage the centralized graduate student journey email campaigns and content calendars for prospects applicants and admitted students- Write and design compelling content for external communications including email marketing social media and storytelling- Setup and test emails prior to deployment on the CRM to ensure messages are sent in proper form and to the correct audience- Write and design compelling content for internal communications including a monthly newsletter digital signage and printing pieces to increase awareness of workshops and other events- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all communication campaigns highlighting successes trends and opportunities. Maintain formal process to update and share findings internally and with key external stakeholders- In collaboration with the office of Public Relations and Marketing Communications update and maintain the Graduate website-Promote Graduate School on social media platformsRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Internal Control,Accounting And Auditing,Accounts Handling,General Services,Elevator,Brand Employment Type : Student Experience: years Vacancy: 1
