Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.About the roleThe Manager, GTM Recruiting, will manage a team of existing recruiters responsible for scaling Rippling’s Sales & Marketing teams. You will help execute and continuously improve recruiting strategies and data sets to ensure we hit our hiring targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent for the company. This role will require the manager to lead a team of recruiters who develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates, while leveraging technology and resources to source and screen potential candidates, and partner with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will help in scaling the TA org and recruiting engine and have big targets to hit, so this role will make an immediate impact with the business and the sourcing team responsible for generating pipeline. What you will doYou’ll manage an existing team of GTM recruiters while fostering a strong team bondPartner with business leaders to align on hiring needs to best leverage sourcing focusPartner with the GTM sourcing team to align on best practices to be leveraged across all sourcers, as well as identifying function-specific needs that remain unique Develop creative strategies and messaging for engaging top-of-funnel talent across disciplinesHelp drive data integrity and hygiene with the team to set us up for success in using data to inform and influence our overall recruiting strategyAnalyze pass-through data to detect trends, derive insights, and adjust strategies to optimize top of funnelAdvise business leaders on innovative recruiting strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence how we think about building effective top of funnelHelp define and evaluate our recruiting metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and productivityAct as part of the TA leadership team, and as such, participate in, and contribute, to overall TA initiatives, improvement, and leadershipWhat you will needA minimum of 8 years progressive professional experience in GTM Recruiting People Leadership experience, either directly via people management, or via mentoring and being a team SME, go-to leader Experience collaborating with, and partnering with, virtual teams, and preferably global teamsDesire and ability to build. Create, move fast, execute. The ability to genuinely empathize with your team, while also setting a high bar for performanceAbility to leverage existing technology to drive results, manage performance, drive best practice data and reporting, and improve executionStrong data and reporting skills with a desire to work with data and recruiting metricsA track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional recruiting talentInnovative thinking and continuous improvement approaches Project management skills to drive bigger picture initiatives and changes, with multiple stakeholders, across the lineExperience using industry leading recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates Additional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
