We have a growing portfolio with plenty of upward opportunities.Why Big Blue?✅ Make an Impact: Help children build confidence and essential life skills.✅ Growth Opportunities: Be part of a growing company with room to advance.✅ Positive Work Environment: Join a fun, energetic, and supportive team.✅ Great Benefits: Competitive pay, paid training, healthcare, dental and more!What You'll Do:Customer Service & Engagement•Greet and engage with parents and customers, providing updates on swimmer progress.•Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain strong relationships with families.•Train front desk staff on promotions and best practices to convert trial lessons into weekly enrollments.Team Leadership & Training•Supervise, mentor, and support a team of 10-20 Swim Associates.•Lead daily shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and proper class coverage.•Conduct monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Swim Associates.•Onboard and train new instructors, ensuring they meet Big Blue Swim School standards.•Facilitate bi-weekly team training to reinforce safety protocols, teaching techniques, and customer engagement strategies.Facility & Pool Operations•Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for swimmers and families.•Oversee water quality, pump room operations, and overall pool maintenance.•Ensure all staff follow safety procedures and hold required certifications.What We're Looking For:✔ Strong Leadership Skills - Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.✔ Customer-Focused - Passion for delivering top-notch service.✔ Great Communicator - Ability to connect with parents, staff, and students.✔ Problem-Solver - Quick thinking and ability to handle challenges.✔ Swim & Safety Knowledge (Preferred) - Previous swim instruction or lifeguard experience is a plus, but not required.Work Environment:
