The Delivery Lead is responsible for proactively building and deepening client relationships, both within the client project group and across the organization. ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding and Serving the needs of each ClientSchedule and facilitate a monthly Project Sponsor reviewDeepening understanding of the project sponsor's goals and objectives through relationship-building activitiesLooking for opportunities to broaden your understanding of organizational goals and objectives through meeting new stakeholdersUnderstanding and Serving the needs of each TeamResponsible for navigating all phases of the team's cycle, including coordinating with clients and technical teams to ensure all aspects of delivery are met, client satisfaction, deliverables and risks are mitigated in order to ensure project and customer successAccountable for keeping the team on track by enabling the team to self-organizeEnsuring team health through 1:1's with team membersNavigating the technical landscape to deliver innovative software and data solutions for clientsunderstand the technical requirements and deliverables to coordinate with team members and act as liaison to clientcommunicate and translate technical objectiveswhen applicable, offer alternate solutions to client requests in order to drive the innovative path forward.RequirementsBachelor in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience working directly with stakeholders, technical teams, and proven experience delivering software or data solutionsExperience working with Agile software development or data solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication and prepared to exhibit serving leadership every dayExperience communicating with and presenting to executive level stakeholders at enterprise-sized organizationsDesired SkillsNaturally curious and asks a lot of questions to understand client's personal and professional goalsPassionate about understanding business objectives and finding potential solutions through software developmentEnjoys ambiguity and the challenge in divergent thinking and aligning stakeholders and teams around crunchy problemsWhy Choose Turnberry Labs?Development Time - 10% of our work week is set aside to work on our own ideas and projects.
