Manager Learning & DevelopmentLocation: Westlake Ohio hybridSchedule: Full TimeDepartment: Human ResourcesCompensation Range: 65200 to 97800 USDShape How Our People Learn and GrowAchievement Centers for Children is a Cleveland area nonprofit that helps children and young adults with disabilities and their families achieve and thrive. We provide therapy education recreation and family support across Northeast Ohio. Our teams are mission driven and deeply committed to the families we serve.We are creating a new Manager Learning & Development role to build a modern engaging learning experience that truly changes how our staff and leaders grow. This is a ground floor opportunity for a creative innovative L & D leader who loves building things not just maintaining what already exists.In this role you will:Design and lead our overall learning and development strategy for staff and leadersOwn our learning management system and create easy to follow learning pathsBuild a clear welcoming new hire orientation and first year learning journeyCreate practical development experiences for supervisors managers and leadersPartner with HR and leaders to connect learning to performance and outcomesUse feedback and data to improve programs and show impactYou are a strong fit if you:Bring five or more years of experience in learning and development or a related areaEnjoy designing learning for adult learners and facilitating sessions in person and virtuallyHave experience using a learning management system and basic reportingAre energized by building new programs trying new ideas and simplifying the complexCommunicate clearly listen well and build strong relationships with leaders and staffNonprofit or human services experience is a plus but not requiredWhy join ACCMission driven work that directly impacts children young adults and familiesA chance to build something new with visible executive supportCollaborative partners across HR programs and operationsAchievement Centers for Children is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Aerospace Engineering,Data Entry,Business Management,Flexcube,Contract Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
