This position will provide direct leadership to a team and report to the Production Control Associate Director.A successful candidate will operate in multiple shop floor control and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position factory requirements and customer requirements. This role will work closely with the factory operations teams to ensure factory/program this role the ownership and use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations.Major day to day tasks will include but are not limited to: PRISM functions assess supply resources aggregate and prioritize demand profile requirements plan inventory distribution requirements coordinate material for all products and all activities impacting hardware build and CMES & shop floor coordination. This role will work closely with the factory and operations teams as well as be responsible for material inventory audits and movement of material to the this role the ownership & use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations.Occasional weekend work required per a scheduled rotation.What You Will DoProvide clear and effective communication skills that will be utilized to provide daily briefings and reporting pertaining to operations.Be a self-starter capable of achieving organizational and program objectives in a demanding environment.Interface with all levels of management in an IPT environment is essential to perform in this job.Promote Raytheons keys values facilitate problem resolution and apply Raytheon Six Sigma.Assess capacity for current and short term manufacturing.Participate in resource and factory build planning and product line management.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experienceExperience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or softwareU.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
