What youll do:Leader of an Emergence department and a Telemetry UnitOversees quality of patient care to assure delivery of individualized nursing careOversees patient care delivery to maximize patient/family satisfaction and minimize risk of injury or negative outcomes to patients or employees while serving as a resource for staffDirects staff during emergency situationsCoordinates orientation and/or training for team Responsible for driving patient care across the continuum through leadership of disciplinary care rounds and care managementJob RequirementsRequirements:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our stateBSN required from an accredited nursing programMinimum of 3 years leadership experience OR minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline OR Masters Degree and no experienceTwo years in charge or leadership position within last five years in a hospital setting.
