Our full range of medical services includes trauma services heart and vascular care emergency services surgery maternity cancer care and diagnostic imaging.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent is responsible for planning organizing implementing and maintaining initiatives for the Inpatient Nursing Unit.Has the authority to interview hire orient terminate promote train and conduct performance evaluations.Allocates and directs staffing needs to meet patient unit and Hospital needs and collaborates with others to ensure overall staffing needs are met.Manages performance including: goal-setting clarifying job expectations monitoring performance progress providing feedback recognize developing skills and addressing performance issues related to work and our Commitments using corrective action.Monitors and oversee Customer and patient engagement growth quality initiatives and patient safety for multiple departments utilizing regulatory and organizational knowledge and policy for multiple areas as separate functions.Job RequirementsBachelors degree in nursing.Min 3 years experience in leadershipRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Nurse Management,Patient Care,Hospital Experience,Employee Evaluation,Acute Care,Healthcare Management,Management Experience,Primary Care Experience,Conflict Management,Nursing,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
