Job Overview: The Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the 24/7 operations of adolescent psychiatric nursing units. This role ensures high-quality care delivery positive patient outcomes and the development of effective empowered teams. The Nurse Manager fosters a healing environment promotes best practices and supports staff growth while ensuring efficient use of resources. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage nursing teams on adolescent psychiatric units ensuring quality care and positive outcomes.Develop mentor and support nursing staff in alignment with professional standards and best practices.Oversee daily operations and resource management to ensure safe and effective care delivery.Implement policies and procedures that optimize clinical operations and patient experience.Maintain collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.Facilitate staff engagement accountability and professional development.
