We move fast innovate constantly and are committed to delivering a world-class experience at every stage.Job Summary/Description:The Manager of Paid Search leads GDMs in-house SEM team overseeing strategy execution optimization workflow and innovation across all non-programmatic search channels. This leader is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing SEM operation introducing advanced Google capabilities (PMAX LSAs Shopping etc.) and ensuring campaigns are accurate fast and sales-ready. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate technical SEM guidance into clear client-friendly messaging.
