We move fast innovate constantly and are committed to delivering a world-class experience at every stage.Job Summary/Description:The Manager of Paid Social leads GDMs Paid Social team across all major platforms including LinkedIn TikTok Meta Instagram and YouTube. This role is responsible for campaign excellence team leadership clear communication with station sales staff and developing scalable processes that support a fast-growing portfolio. The manager must translate technical social media execution into sales-friendly client-ready language and help expand GDMs paid social product offerings.Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead and mentor the Paid Social team managing workload performance and daily operationsOversee campaign strategy execution optimization and quality across all paid social platformsEnsure all communication with station sales teams is clear sales-minded and client-appropriateReport to and Partner with the Director of Paid Media & Managed Platforms to grow and evolve GDMs social offeringsBuild training best practices and scalable systems to support increasing campaign volumeWork closely with cross-functional teams including Programmatic QA Managed Platforms Design GDM Strategy and Campaign SupportMaintain platform expertise and bring forward new product and feature recommendationsAssist with escalations troubleshooting pacing delivery and overall performance managementSupport forecasting workflow planning and resource allocationQualifications/Requirements:Five or more years managing paid social teams within an agency or high-volume digital environmentDeep hands-on experience with TikTok Meta Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and emerging platformsProven ability to translate technical digital concepts into clear sales-ready languageStrong communication skills and experience supporting or working with sales organizations preferably including broadcastDemonstrated success leading teams hiring coaching and scaling operationsAbility to manage high volume with strong organization attention to detail and urgencyUnderstanding of analytics attribution and social optimization best practicesExperience building new processes and contributing to product development is strongly preferredIf you feel youre qualified and want to work with a great group of people go to you may type in the job title station call letters or click on apply now upload your resume cover letter and references(Current employees who are interested in this position can apply through theGray-TV UltiPro self-service portal)GDM-TV/Gray Media is a drug-free companyAdditional Info:Gray Media provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin age disability or addition to federal law requirements Gray Media complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities.
