Manager of Philanthropic Partnerships

Position Overview

The Manager of Philanthropic Partnerships is a relationship-driven, externally-facing role responsible for generating philanthropic revenue through the identification, cultivation, and conversion of individual donors and corporate partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to do meaningful, rewarding work in the community while helping expand access to high-quality programs and services for children and families. Achievement Centers for Children & Families has been a trusted presence in Delray Beach since 1969, serving more than 750 children and families each year.

This is a goal-driven, revenue-generating position focused on building and advancing a donor pipeline for the Annual Fund (unrestricted), Sparks (restricted giving program), and event sponsorships.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and requires a high level of independence and initiative.



Location: Delray Beach, Florida

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer & Chief Development Officer

Classification: Non-Exempt / Hourly

Schedule: Full Time Standard business hours with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed



Duties & Responsibilities

Pipeline Development, Outreach & Follow Up

Build and manage a portfolio of prospective and emerging donors

Proactively identify, engage, and follow up with new prospects through calls, emails, and outreach

Lead follow up after campaigns, events, and introductions to move prospects toward engagement

Track all activity, next steps, and outcomes in DonorPerfect

Donor Engagement & Cultivation

Share the mission and impact of Achievement Centers in a clear, authentic, and compelling way

Lead campus tours and support donor meetings

Build trust and rapport through consistent communication

Move individuals from initial engagement to first time and repeat giving

Revenue Generation

Secure gifts in support of the Annual Fund and Sparks

Identify, cultivate, and close sponsorship opportunities

Develop proposals and donor materials

Advance prospects through the full giving cycle from identification to commitment

Community Engagement

Serve as an Achievement Centers ambassador in the community

Build relationships rooted in trust and shared values

Support events and external engagement opportunities as needed



Education & Experience

Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

3 to 5 years of fundraising or sales experience

CRM experience preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills

90-day initial probation period.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000
