This role is responsible for designing delivering and enhancing training programs that support staff growth and performance across the firm. Key focus areas include curriculum development onboarding soft-skills training HR-driven content and collaboration with subject-matter experts. The Manager plays a hands-on role in training facilitation content creation LMS management and building career development pathways.This role may be based in any of the following firm offices: Denver CO; Los Angeles CA; Orange County CA; Palo Alto CA; Phoenix AZ; Salt Lake City UT Seattle WA; or Washington D.C.Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Develop and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels including onboarding professional skills compliance and role-specific trainingCreate learning materials such as facilitator guides e-learning modules job aids and assessmentsFacilitate live training sessions (virtual and in-person) with professionalism clarity and strong audience engagementMaintain and update the staff learning curriculum to reflect evolving needs competencies and firm prioritiesConduct needs assessments and work with HR IT and operational leaders to identify learning gapsSupport implementation of leadership development and manager capability trainingAdminister the LMS including course setup reporting notifications rosters and trackingReview training metrics to monitor participation and effectivenessCoordinate logistics for training programs across multiple officesPartner with IT for systems training consistency and supportWork with departmental and office Directors on integrating training outcomes into development plansCommunicate progress updates and insights to HR and department leadershipExperienceand Qualifications:Bachelors degree required; Learning & Development certification preferredAt least 5 years of experiencein training professional development or HR; law firm or professional services experience a plusStrong instructional design capability and facilitation skillsExperience managing LMS platforms and analyzing training metricsExcellent communication organization and stakeholder partnership skillsThis position offers a salary range of $105000.00 to $135000.00 with final compensation dependent on the selected candidates years of experience and office location.Snell & Wilmer offers a competitive performance-based compensation and agenerousbenefits packagestarting on your first day.The benefits package includes medical dental vision disability life insurance 401K/profit sharing paid holidays tuition reimbursement and paid time off including vacation time personal time and sick time where appropriate.Snell & Wilmer values the principles ofDiversity Inclusion and Belonging.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Aerospace Engineering,Data Entry,Business Management,Flexcube,Contract Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 105000 - 135000
