  • Ensure Clinical Continuity: Direct the interdisciplinary team approach to care, collaborating closely with physicians and specialty care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Lead Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the department remains "survey-ready" by adhering to all legal, hospital, and accrediting agency standards.
  • Innovate Quality Care: Develop and implement quality improvement programs that proactively address patient safety and service excellence.

Qualifications & Leadership Profile

We are looking for a flexible, team-oriented leader who can balance administrative strategy with hands-on clinical advocacy.

  • Experience: 3+ years of recent (within the last year) acute care Operating Room leadership experience is required.
  • Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Education: Associate Degree required; BSN is strongly preferred.
  • Certification: BLS required within 30 days of hire.
  • Skillset: Proven ability to manage a large staff, maintain strong physician relationships, and navigate high-volume surgical environments with poise.

Compensation & Comprehensive Rewards

We value the expertise you bring to the table and offer a structured salary scale based on your years of leadership:

  • Minimum: $95,000
  • Midpoint (10 years exp): $105,000
  • Maximum (15+ years exp): $112,000

A Robust Benefits Package Includes:

  • Financial Security: Retirement plan with employer match and an Employee Stock Purchase Program.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, prescription, and behavioral health coverage.
  • Growth: Tuition assistance and student loan support to help you reach your next professional milestone.
  • Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and employee assistance programs.
