Manager of Talent Acquisition - Pottsville, PA
Empire Beauty School is seeking an experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and help attract top talent across our organization. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely, effective, and compliant hiring practices while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead and develop a team of Recruiters while also actively participating in recruitment efforts for assigned positions. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates for a variety of roles, as well as partnering closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, monitor recruiting metrics, support workforce planning initiatives, and drive successful hiring outcomes. Additional responsibilities include streamlining recruitment processes, maintaining recruitment tools and job postings, ensuring hiring compliance, managing and executing new Co-Worker onboarding activities, participating in Form I-9 completion, and providing coaching, training, and performance management to recruiting team members.
We're seeking a talent acquisition leader with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, as well as a passion for identifying and developing talent that supports organizational growth and success.
This role is based on-site, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after successfully completing the 90-day introductory period. The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruitment experience required, plus an additional minimum of one (1) year of experience managing a recruitment team.
- Proven experience with proactive sourcing strategies and recruiting.
- Experience in Admissions and/or Higher Education recruiting preferred.
- High energy and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
