The Manager: People Experience leads the day-to-day execution of people experience programs while partnering with leaders to improve team effectiveness. Translates broader strategy into operational plans, ensuring consistent delivery of tools, training, and support that enable managers and enhance the overall employee experience.


Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to people leaders, providing guidance on team dynamics, performance management, and employee experience topics
  • Translate People Experience strategy into actionable programs, tools, and resources that support managers and employees
  • Identify recurring trends in leader questions, employee feedback, and process friction; implement practical solutions to address them
  • Ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and procedures across teams in partnership with HR Business Partners and COEs
  • Support managers in the flow of work with hands-on coaching and collaborative sessions to build leadership capability and elevate people experience
  • Oversee execution of core people experience programs (e.g., onboarding, engagement initiatives, manager enablement)
  • Monitor program effectiveness using data and feedback; recommend and implement improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and reduce friction in people processes
  • Provide input and insights to the Director, Global People Experience to inform continuous improvement of programs and strategy
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes

Education/Training/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Professional Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, HRBP, or related roles
  • Experience advising and influencing senior leaders
  • Proven experience designing and delivering people programs, training, or organizational initiatives
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with HR technology and survey/feedback tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint, CultureAmp) preferred
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills

  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to guide leaders through complex situations
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable guidance
  • Strategic thinker with a systems mindset and bias for scalable solutions
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels

Management Accountabilities:

  • Directly supervises professional-level employees, including coaching, performance management, and development
  • Sets team goals aligned to operational priorities and ensures execution against those goals
  • Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by team members and stakeholders
  • Allocates work, manages priorities, and ensures timely delivery of team outputs
  • Addresses problems that are complex in execution but generally operational in nature
  • Identifies opportunities to improve team workflows and implements process enhancements

Physical Requirements:

  • May require occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
  • May require travel to other offices as needed

Posted Pay Range

The typical pay scale for this position is between USD $137,000.00/Yr. and USD $181,000.00/Yr., although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's education, experience, skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
