Heres what else youll bring:Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering10 years of experience in engine and engine hardware (fuel systems air intake exhaust systems etc.) engineeringExperience recruiting and developing technical talentA proven ability to inspire and motivate team membersProject management and multi-system coordination through all phases of development and productionExperience leading projects and people (directly or indirectly) with strong interpersonal skills accountability problem solving and analytical thinkingProven ability to work in a cross-functional environmentExperience with powertrain components including part design system integration manufacturing processes and assembly operationsKnowledge of engineering processes and toolsMinimum of High School Diploma GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors Inc.What youll gainThe benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up.
