The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is at the heart of delivering critical communications from the credit cards in our customers wallets to their essential statements and letters. As a Product Manager on our Outbound Correspondence team you wont just manage; youll innovate. Youll own the complete product lifecycle from initial ideation to development and launch specifically driving the modernization of the core technology that powers our credit card production. Youll be a central figure collaborating across diverse teams including Software Engineers and Architects to key partners in Supply Chain Operations and various business stakeholders. Your mission will be to deeply understand both internal and external customer needs translating them into innovative new capabilities that not only optimize but transform our credit card production. Were seeking a visionary Product Manager who blends robust product management expertise with a keen understanding of data systems processing and most importantly user needs.
