This role blends strategic communication expertise with operational leadership to ensure clarity alignment and engagement across all levels of the organizationExecutive-Level CommunicationDevelop and deliver polished presentations briefing documents and messaging for senior leadership and executive forums.Translate complex technical and operational updates into clear concise narratives tailored for C-suite and senior stakeholders.Manage executive communication calendars and ensure timely dissemination of strategic updates.Stakeholder EngagementAct as primary liaison between Digital Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.Manage content creation for internal portals newsletters and social channels using modern digital tools.Ensure inclusive and accessible communication practices across all platforms.Workstream CoordinationConsolidate and report status updates across multiple workstreams ensuring accuracy and alignment with program objectives.Maintain dashboards and trackers for progress risks and dependencies; provide actionable insights to leadership.Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-through on decisions and action items.Training and EnablementDesign and produce engaging training materials (guides e-learning modules job aids) to support digital tool adoption and process compliance.Coordinate training sessions and workshops for global teams ensuring consistency and accessibility.Partner with subject matter experts to keep content current and aligned with organizational standards.Minimum Experience / RequirementsBachelors degree in communications Business or related field plus 4 years of experience or masters degree and 2 years of experience or PHD and 0 years of experience or associates degree and 8 years of experience or Highschool diploma and 10 years of relevant experience.A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and managementAbility to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Demonstrated success of leading stakeholder engagement building partnerships and collaboration across divers business teams and facilitating the process of defining project goals requirements status and outcomesExceptional written & visual communication skills for executive audiencesPassion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiencesStrong project management and organizational skills.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSn/aNON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS May need to travel up to 15% to support workshops and trainingsWork Location Assignment:HybridLast day to apply : December 22nd 2025The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96300.00 to $160500.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
