Hours & Pay:Shift: Full-time, 1st shift | Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PMPay Rate: $20-$23 per hourEmployment Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term potential Position Summary:We're seeking a Quality Inspector with at least 5 years of verifiable experience in aerospace manufacturing to ensure production standards are met from start to finish. This role supports a high-speed job shop environment, performing inspections on incoming goods, in-process components, and final products, all under the AS9100 quality system. What You'll Be Doing: Interpreting blueprints with expert-level GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) skills Conducting inspections using tools like calipers, micrometers, and-bonus points-CMM or CAD software Documenting findings on routers and AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports Applying shop math and maintaining clear, legible documentation Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to record and communicate data Collaborating with the QA Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods in a hands-on manufacturing environment Employee Benefits:We offer weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, short-term disability, employee discounts, referral bonus opportunities, and access to an on-site cafeteria.
