From onboarding new customers to handling rate and service requests to answering billing questions the Marketing team is focused on building strong customer relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the shipping process. The team is organized into several critical business units to cater to diverse customer needs and industry demands: Agriculture and Energy Consumer Products and Industrial products alongside specialized units for Customer Support Forecasting and Planning. Each of these units plays a role in tailoring our marketing strategies and services to meet the unique requirements of our wide-ranging customer base ensuring a comprehensive and responsive approach to customer service and engagement.This is a full-timepositionlocated in Fort Worth TX. For certain positions including this one employees can work one day per week remotely. This will be done in a holistic manner that embraces collaboration with stakeholder departments and business partners while anticipating and adapting to changes in the business environment. This position is a highly visible contact internally and externally for telecom and fiber users of BNSF land.Key responsibilities may include:Tenant Marketing Services negotiate and manage the longitudinal fiber portfolio including financial analysis agreement renewals lateral tie-ins expansions overbuilds and new infrastructureTelecom Tower Leases negotiate and manage property lease for privately owned towers on BNSF propertyColocations negotiate and manage agreements for privately owned telecommunications equipment on BNSF propertyFiber Relocation negotiate and manage real estate agreements for fiber relocation and capital projectsLegal support for real estate and telecom and fiber infrastructure on BNSF propertyManage payments and invoicing for telecom and fiber portfoliosManage outside teams of contractors supporting real estateDaily work is conducted in an indoor office environment.At BNSF Railway we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply showcasing their skills experiences and development.
