As our Manager Residency Programs GME, you will directly oversee all administrative aspects of the Graduate Medical Education Program, ensuring compliance, supporting program growth, and aligning with our mission and values.
Every day you will manage project implementation, staff supervision, program finances (including grants), and all aspects of resident recruitment. You will also ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and other regulatory bodies, act as a key liaison, manage program budgets, and oversee contracts.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership in GME program management, expert knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements, and a proven ability to manage complex administrative, financial, and compliance functions effectively.
Required:
- Minimum of one year of experience in institutional coordination or administration related to ACGME requirements.
- High School Graduate in a health-related field or a combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelors Other with significant work experience in GME or academic program administration.
